Overview:
Due to recent changes by the FHA some mortgages may now be required to send only a percentage of HUD Case Files to them with the balance being processed electronically. Any hard copies sent to the FHA must be sent in a Yellow HUD Case Binder.

This binder meets all HUD Requirements and specifications. It is produced using 15 Point Canary Yellow Stock and is printed in blank ink. It also contains 2 - 2" fasteners on the inside panels of the binder.
Details: Binders are sold in boxes of 50. A case contains 5 boxes or 250 binders.
